Filing a complaint

In order to file a complaint, act according to below steps:

  1. Reimbursement/ complaint form
    Fill out the reimbursement/ complaint form and add it to the package. The document should contain the following information: First name and last name, e-mail address or correspondence address, telephone number, number of the product and a reason for a complaint, date of purchase and appearance of a flaw.
  2. Rferral of the product
    While filing a complaint, please send back the product along with its all accessories and a copy of purchase invoice
  3. Shipment
    The item of a complaint should be sent on the following address:

Return of a product

According to applicable law, you have 14 days to return the product. In order to renounce a contract and return a product that was bought from us, fill out a necessary statement and send it to our address with returned product/products:

Add to the package with a statement and returned product all its accessories and receipt or invoice

Time and costs of the delivery

Time of the realization of the order:
-Shipments conducted from Monday till Friday;
-After making purchases a client will receive on his e-mail information regarding payment (number of the order, amount of payment, bank account number, list of purchased products, realization time)
-While choosing payment via transfer to bank account we are awaiting confirmation regarding transaction; -Products are sent the next working day after receiving the payment at the latest;
-We reserve the right to change the time of delivery.

The costs of the package;
Promotion: Package for 5 zł while making orders for over 150 zł
1)    Courier DPD Polska – from 1 g to 30kg : 5 zł (while making orders for over 150 zł)
-from 1 g to 30 kg : 12 zł
-from 1 to 30 kg : 15 zł cash on delivery
